I hope you’ll be inspired to imagine what we could do together. We create cakes for different themes and personalities, cakes of every size and shape abound - Fluffy Mousse, Fondant or Buttercream; casual, classic, modern, or whimsical.
My job is to take your vision and make it a reality.
We use only the finest quality ingredients and all of our confections are hand crafted and custom made to your taste. Bowls of freshly whipped mousse are just waiting to be scooped up and blended with a wild Huckleberry preserve or a perfectly tempered spoonful of ganache. It is a place I invite you to enjoy and explore.
I began my career 7 years ago and have loved making cakes ever since. I even made my own wedding cake, my husband thought I was crazy, but he loved every bite. I studied fine arts and received an Engineering Degree in 2007. I never thought that I would be putting my academic background and passions to good use by applying my artistic skills on an edible canvas, the cake, and instead of designing buildings, bridges, tunnels, dams, and other systems in which structural elements are used, I design tall standing, multi-tiered edible structures. I found that my career as a cake designer is a great outlet to express my creativity and knowledge. Over the years I have independently studied and created my own artistic style with an eclectic and innovative touch of flavor and quality.
I learned the most important ingredient for a successful business -- QUALITY. As a sole proprietor, my business is an extension of myself and such a reflection can only result in a journey filled with passion, honesty and creativity.
